Cleaning up after a loss
If possible, retain any property damaged in the loss as it will assist in providing an accurate calculation of your loss. If you are unable to store the damaged property, list and take photos of the damaged property prior to discarding.
Your adjuster will advise you on how to get estimates for repairs or replacement items. The time it takes to settle your claim depends on how complicated it is. Rest assured, your claim will be processed as quickly as possible.
