Tenant insurance

When you rent a house or an apartment, your landlord may have insurance on the building, you’ll need to purchase insurance to protect your personal belongings and personal liability.

Tenant Pak A

Protects your belongings against loss or damage resulting from the following named perils:

• fire or lightning
• explosion or implosion
• smoke
• falling objects
• impact by aircraft, spacecraft or land vehicles
• riot
• vandalism or malicious acts
• water escape and rupture
• windstorm or hail
• electricity (power surge)

Tenant Pak I

In addition to coverages provided by Tenant Pak A, you receive added protection for:

• Theft, including damage caused by attempted theft.
• Loss or damage to items being transported, caused by an accident to the transporting vehicle.

Tenant Pak II

Provides all the coverage offered by our Tenant Pak I plus more. It’s the most comprehensive coverage you can buy to protect your belongings.

For example, if an airline misplaces your luggage, Tenant Pak II will cover your loss.

Special Seniors Pak

We offer a convenient policy for people 60 or older who reside in a special care home, nursing home or seniors' complex. Our Special Seniors Pak policy provides as much coverage as needed by residents in these dwellings at a lower cost.
