All our farm insurance policies provide you with the features found below at no additional cost.

To help determine what amount of protection is right for you, your insurance broker may ask you to complete A Record of Your Belongings worksheet designed to help you itemize a listing of your personal property, from clothing to major appliances.

Reviewing this list with your broker will ensure that you have enough protection to replace all of your personal property in the event of a major loss.

With an SGI CANADA Agro Pak policy your home and belongings are protected against:

• Credit/debit card loss, cheque forgery and counterfeit money.
• Expenses associated with debris removal following an insured loss.
• Damage to your property from emergency entry by police officers, paramedics or firefighters.
• Increased living expenses and lost rental income following an insured loss.
• Inflation protection.
• Mass evacuation expenses.
• Lock replacement following an insured loss.
• Damage to trees, shrubs and outdoor plants.
• Damage to belongings of guests or household employees.

Basic identity theft coverage is automatically included.

Glass breakage deductible

For an additional premium, the deductible for glass breakage can be reduced. This is available for Home Paks I, B, II or III only.

Rental home coverage

This option allows you to add protection for up to 6 rental homes that you own and rent to others.

Seasonal home coverage

You can add protection for your seasonal home and its belongings to your Home Pak policy. Guaranteed replacement cost coverage is available at no additional charge (subject to some restrictions).

Special belongings coverage

You may require extra protection on special items like furs, jewelry, artwork, coin and stamp collections, musical instruments and bicycles.

Sewer backup coverage

This coverage is available for an additional premium.

Watercraft coverage

Boats, motors and their equipment can also be protected.
