Standard coverage

Your buildings and their contents are automatically protected from direct loss or damage from all risks by an external cause. Your loss of income is also covered for up to 12 months on an actual loss sustained basis.

Your business is automatically covered for damage to such things as:

• Building glass.
• Outdoor signs.
• Debris removal.
• Valuable papers and records.
• Accounts receivable.
• Voluntary firefighting expenses.
• Electronic data processing equipment, such as cash registers and computers.
• Property in transit and temporarily at unnamed locations.
• Property in the custody of a sales representative.

Liability protection

Includes $1 million coverage for commercial general liability, tenants' legal liability and non-owned auto liability insurance in case you're found legally responsible for bodily injuries or property damage suffered by a 3rd party. This amount can also be increased.

Crime

This coverage includes protection for burglery, robbery and theft, including employee theft.

Equipment breakdown

Your policy includes protection for breakdown of pressure vessels, electrical equipment and air conditioning.
