1- to 2-person operations

One- to 2-person operations are covered for property and liability with our Toolbox Pak policy, designed for specific contractors.

Eligible classes

• Aluminum, vinyl and similar siding contractor (including eavestroughing, soffit and fascia).
• Carpentry contractor.
• Carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning contractor.
• Cement, concrete and asphalt finishing contractor for driveways, parking areas, patios and sidewalks.
• Door and window installation contractor.
• Drywalling, lathing and plastering contractor.
• Duct cleaning contractor.
• electrical contractor (excluding industrial, mining, manufacturing or airport work).
• Floor installation contractor (including terrazzo, tile and floor sanding).
• Insulation contractor (no spray type or asbestos operations).
• Janitorial contractor (including window cleaning).
• Masonry contractor (including brickwork, stonework and stucco).
• Painting and interior decorating contractor (excluding exterior spray painting).
• Sign installation and repair contractor.

Property – core coverage

• $5,000 – miscellaneous property consisting of hand tools and equipment including electronic devices, trade stock and supplies. Limit any 1 item – $2,500.

  • replacement cost (applicable to items 5 years or newer)

Additional items can be scheduled subject to 90% co-insurance.
