Options to meet special needs

Replacement cost belongings coverage

If your mobile home was built prior to 1995, you may purchase the replacement cost belongings coverage for a small additional charge. This coverage protects your belongings for replacement cost at today’s prices, not depreciated values (some limitations may apply).

Identity Theft Coverage

For an additional premium, the basic cover limit can be increased. This is available for all Pak types.

Increased belonging protection

When you purchase any SGI CANADA Mobile Home Pak you may also choose to purchase additional coverage for your belongings. See your broker for details.

Special belongings coverage

You may require extra protection on special items like furs, jewelry, artwork, coin and stamp collections, musical instruments, bicycles, stereo equipment, cameras and furs.

Sewer backup coverage

This coverage is available for an additional premium (subject to some restrictions).

Voluntary Fire Fighting Coverage

The basic limits can be increased for an additional premium.

Seasonal home coverage

You can add protection for your summer cabin or other seasonal dwelling and its belongings to your SGI CANADA Mobile Home Pak. Guaranteed replacement cost coverage is available at no additional charge on your seasonal dwelling (subject to some restrictions).

Rental home coverage

This option allows you to add protection for up to 6 rental dwellings you own and rent to others.

Watercraft coverage

Boats, motors, personal watercraft and their equipment can also be protected.
